Design guidelines

We know how important it is for you to promote your Special Named Fund and, while we can provide branded materials upon request, we understand that sometimes you may decide to create your own promotional materials.

We have created the following information to encourage you to make sure your fundraising promotions look tip top and recognise your association with CCLG correctly.

Create your own

Canva is a free graphic design platform which provides you with templates to create your own social media posts and posters and leaflets to print at home.

Your logo

You may have chosen to have a logo created to establish your own 'brand'.

As you are raising funds 'in aid of' CCLG, and therefore using our registered charity number, it's important to make sure you include the CCLG logo in the correct way.

Our logo

We ask you to include our 'in aid of' logo (rather the standard CCLG logo) on your materials.

You can download this here.

Using our logo

We ask that you do not alter our logo in any way at all.

If the material you are designing has a background colour, simply add a white box behind the logo.

Alternatively, you download the black or white version of our 'in aid of' logo.

Social media

Here's an example of how we encourage you to include our logo on your awareness raising online.

Check out this page for more information on maximising your impact on social media.

What NOT to do

As you can see from this example, the colours do not complement each other, and part of our logo is difficult to read.

While we would encourage you to use colours that work well together, the main thing to remember is that the CCLG logo, in this case, should be in a white box.

Design files

Sometimes you or your supporters will require the 'Adobe Illustrator' artwork files of the CCLG logo.

You can download these here!

If your Special Named Fund logo has been designed by us, and we haven't yet sent you all of the files for your logo, please get in touch.
